Matteo Siragusa

Lawyer – Has gained wide-ranging professional experience and expertise in commercial and corporate law, both in extrajudicial activities and litigation. He has deepened his study of bond and contract law and assists in the drafting and negotiation of business contracts of various types. In corporate law, he has experience in advising corporations and in litigation between shareholders, between shareholders and corporations, and in liability actions against directors and auditors. In bankruptcy law, he has gained experience in assisting in pre-bankruptcy proceedings, bankruptcy proceedings, as well as other bankruptcy proceedings.

He has, in addition, experience in banking law, in assisting lending institutions and companies, both in out-of-court activities of drafting and negotiating loan agreements, guarantees and related financial documentation(e.g. hedging strategy letter, equity commitment letter), and in court activities.

In addition to his professional activity, he combines academic and research activities in the field of civil law – Ph.D. from the University of Naples “Parthenope” and research fellow in the European University of Rome, he is the author of several scientific contributions published in A class journals and in collected works.
