Competition Law

The firm carries out activities in the practice area of Competition Law assisting Italian and foreign clients, in both the extrajudicial and judicial phases, before national and European Authorities.

In particular, the firm advises and assists in matters relating to cartels, abuse of dominant position, unfair competition and unfair business practices, and state aid, in judicial proceedings before civil and administrative courts, at all levels of judgement, as well as in proceedings before both the Competition Authority and the European Commission.
